The Royal BB Girls' Helping Hand (BBG) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit, volunteer rescue organization. We provide veterinary care, food, for Shih Tzus and other dogs.

BBG does not have a facility.

Donating is always appreciated, but did you know you don't just have to donate money. Are you a small business or local craft person?  We always love getting donated new items to raffle off at events or place on our local online store to raise money for our projects.

G GIRL PRODUCTIONS PRESENTS THE AGE OF ENLIGHTENMENT BALL HOSTED BY THE ROYAL BB GIRLS.  FURBABY FASHION DESIGNERS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD ARE PRESENTING AT THIS CHARITY FASHION SHOW BENEFITING LADY’S GRACE

Virginia Beach – Preparations are underway for the Virginia Beach G Girls Production’s Fashion Show.  This year’s theme is The Age of Enlightenment Ball.  This charity fundraising event will be hosted by The Royal BB Girls’ Helping Hand to benefit Lady’s Grace - 501(c)(3).  This 2-day event will be held on Saturday, April 28th, 2018 and Sunday, April 29th, 2018 at the Founders Inn.
